Welcome to PrintedMiles, operated by Oxyrank Ventures Pvt Ltd. By placing an order on our website (printedmiles.com), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Nature of Products (Custom Goods)
Our products are “made-to-order” and highly personalized based on the photos and specifications you provide. Because of this custom nature, our products generally cannot be resold. Therefore, standard “change of mind” return policies do not apply.
2. Returns and Refunds Policy
Strict No-Refund Policy: Once an order has been printed and shipped, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or if you simply decide you no longer want the product.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your book arrives damaged, with a binding error, or a printing defect, we will provide a Free Replacement.
- To claim a replacement, you must email us at support@printedmiles.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
- We will verify the issue and ship a brand-new copy to you at no extra cost.
3. Order Cancellations
We understand plans change. Our cancellation window works as follows:
- Cancellation within 24 Hours (Before Design): If you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order (and before our design team has started work), you are eligible for a refund. However, a 2.5% Payment Gateway Transaction Fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Cancellation After Design Work Has Begun: If our team has already completed the design layout and shared the proof with you, but printing has not started, you are eligible for a 60% Refund. The remaining 40% covers the time and effort of our design team.
- Cancellation After Printing: Once the design is approved (or auto-approved) and sent to print, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
4. Design Process & Approvals (Important)
Revisions: We want your book to be perfect. You are entitled to 2 Rounds of Revisions on the digital proof we send you. You can request changes to photo placement, cover text, or layout during these rounds.
The “24-Hour Auto-Print” Rule: To ensure fast delivery, we operate on a strict timeline.
- Once we email you the digital design proof, you have 24 hours to review it.
- If we do not receive a reply or approval within 24 hours, we will assume the design is approved, and the order will automatically be sent to print.
- We are not responsible for errors (such as typos or photo arrangement) identified after this auto-approval period.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the courier company, we will reprint and ship your order for free. We take full responsibility for ensuring the product reaches your hands.
Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping fees will apply.
6. User Content & Copyright
By uploading photos to PrintedMiles, you certify that:
- You own the copyrights to the images or have permission to use them.
- You grant PrintedMiles a limited, royalty-free license to use these images solely for the purpose of designing and printing your order.
We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
Oxyrank Ventures Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kurukshetra, Haryana.
