At PrintedMiles, we understand that you are excited to hold your travel memories in your hands. We strive to design, print, and deliver your custom photobook as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship exclusively within India.
- We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India using our trusted courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, and Amazon Shipping).
- International Shipping: We do not currently ship outside of India. We are working on expanding our logistics and hope to serve global travelers soon.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: FREE
- We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across India, regardless of the order value. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
3. Delivery Timelines (How it Works)
Since every PrintedMiles book is custom-designed by our professional team, our delivery timeline has two stages:
Stage 1: Design & Approval (2 Business Days) Once you place your order and upload your photos:
- Our design team creates your layout within 48 hours.
- We email you a digital proof for approval.
- Note: If we do not receive a reply within 24 hours of sending the proof, we auto-approve the design to ensure fast delivery.
Stage 2: Printing & Transit (4 – 7 Business Days) Once the design is approved (or auto-approved):
- Your book is printed, bound, and quality-checked.
- It is handed over to our courier partners.
- Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days depending on your location (Metros are faster; remote areas may take slightly longer).
Total Estimated Time: You can expect your book to arrive 6 to 9 business days after placing your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our print facility, you will receive:
- An Email and SMS with your tracking number.
- A link to track the live status of your shipment.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier’s website after receiving the link.
5. Delays
While we strive to meet the timelines above, unforeseen circumstances (such as public holidays, extreme weather, or courier strikes) may occasionally cause delays. PrintedMiles is not liable for slight delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will always assist you in tracking your package.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost in Transit: If the courier company confirms your package is lost, we will reprint and reship your order for free.
- Damaged upon Arrival: If your book arrives damaged, please email us at support@printedmiles.com within 48 hours with photos, and we will send a free replacement.
